电子机械开关操作特征参数

差程（D.T.）－ 柱塞或者执行元件的行程是从接触点的“快动”到接触点的“快回”。
自由位置（F.P.）－ 在没有外力作用时开关柱塞或者执行元件的自由位置（不包括重力）。
全超行程力－达到执行元件全部超行程所需要的力。
工作点（O.P.）－ 执行元件或者柱塞的接触点从正常状态到工作状态的点。注意在可调节或者柔性执行元件情况下，工作点是从杠杆末端测量或者是其最大长度。测量工作位置的所在可以参考安装尺寸示例。
操作力（O.F.）－ 使得开关柱塞或者执行元件“快回”的力的总和。注意在可调节执行元件情况下，这个力是从杠杆的最大长度距离测量的。
过行程（O.T.）－ 柱塞或者执行元件在工作位置以外的安全行程。
预行程（P.T.）－ 在移动柱塞或者执行元件从自由位置到工作位置所经历的距离或者角度。
释放力（R.F.）－ 在开关柱塞或者执行元件的接触点已经从工作位置到非工作位置时仍然加在其上的力的总和。
总行程（T.T.）－ 从执行元件的自由位置到最大过行程位置的总距离。
